Prepare a PBT material request separately from the visual lash style.

A PBT request does not prove that an illustration or every catalog design is made from PBT.

What to include in the quotation request

• Ask the supplier to identify the actual fiber composition for the sampled design.
• Specify length, curl, diameter target and the intended finish independently.
• Compare taper, curl consistency and color on retained physical samples.
• Confirm whether the fiber request changes the production MOQ or schedule.

Match the material to the sample brief

Choose a style family, length map, curl profile, color and pack count. Then ask for a physical sample using the requested composition or finish. The final quote should identify what is confirmed, what is custom and which items require development.

MOQ is quoted per style and packaging after your brief is reviewed.
